Great AI Business Strategy Playbook
If books on AI were compared to books on chess, then while others are writing books on how to move the pieces, Lillian Pierson has written the strategy book on how to build your data and AI strategy in a way that shores up your defenses and allows you to coordinate your pieces to control the board so that you win without cheating using less than ethical means. In addition, she points out pitfalls and cautions the reader on what to avoid to prevent problems. For example, she advices businesses to use one of the tested models that are out there instead of creating your own. In addition, she provides many examples of companies that have been successful using AI and how they used it to achieve that success. I believe that this book will also serve as a useful tool to stimulate ideas and communication between the IT professionals, marketing, and management personnel. The only thing that I might be tempted to include would be a list of AI resources that could be used for training employees who are still new to AI. I did appreciate the free resources that Lillian Pierson set up for use with the book. Perhaps, the suggestion is already located there or can be added later. Overall, it is a great AI and data strategy book that shows off her experience and knowledge working with Fortuna 500 companies. If you are not already working for a Fortune 500 Company, perhaps implementing her strategies will help you successfully grow your business to that point.
